Hello there,

I purchased a bottle of Prize from you just a few days ago. I found
your website, I can't remember how, while looking for something else,
& thought your product looked interesting.

My cob doesn't suffer from sweet itch, however his winter coat is
currently pretty thick, & even when clipped, he does tend to develop
the "winter grime" you describe, which no matter how well I groom him,
is just so hard to shift. His coat itself is lovely, always with a
really good shine to it, but in winter when you look underneath it's
greasy, scurfy, & often just plain dirty! He's black too, so every bit
of scurf & dust shows up beautifully!!

After just a couple of days' use, I can already see the scurf being
lifted up out of his coat - it's like magic! I can't wait to see how
much more Prize can do...

I have just one query: on the bottle, it advises using cotton reins in
the rain. Is this because it will make leather reins slippery? Or is
it damaging to leather? Also, will use on my horse's body make my
saddle slip?

Best wishes,

Answers to the two queries from Catherine.

No damage to the leather. The reins do become slippery though as "Prize" is an oil based product.

No, the saddle should not slip, as this is not an acrylic based product.
